RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging with correct labels.

RETURN PROCESS

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return products by providing a clear statement. You can inform us of the decision via email: info@glopan.uk

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You must send products to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

Used / damaged products
Personalized products
Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons- used antibacterial gels
Products which by nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly or when the expiry date has passed
