I am an existing client of Glopan Solutions Ltd. Their operatives attend twice weekly and complete a pre-agreed prevention cleaning program at our Leeds accountancy offices,consisting of sanitising and antiviral touchpoint cleaning of high traffic areas to help prevent any spread of the Covid-19 virus. They also complete some basic maintenance DIY jobs as and when required which is of great convenience to us to have one company cover these areas of facilities maintenance. They regularly provide consultation on cleaning measures and protocols to ensure we are best protecting our staff by providing a hygienic environment. As such, they recently completed Electrostatic ULV fogging at the premises as an additional infection prevention measure. Today I had an emergency callout service carried out by Glopan. This was for an ULV fogging treatment at my business premises. I contacted the company on Monday and the appointment was booked in swiftly for the following morning, Susan had explained the process prior to coming which made me feel more relaxed and at ease. Due to heavy snow on the day, the appointment slot had to be slightly altered, however Susan kept me fully informed whilst on route, which I fully appreciated. Upon arrival, after a brief but informative consultation, the team set up and got to work quickly and efficiently. I returned to the premises when the treatment was complete, the whole team was polite and professional throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The treatment came with a completion certificate which I can now place in my premises to give my customers peace of mind. I can’t thank the company enough.
